Ignored by Support?
Submitted tickets to support to fix shows/migrate show to TMDB but only got automated replies. No updates or contact for a week. Anyone else? It was better when everything was transparent and posted here on feedback. At least then tickets had updates.

ADDING A HEADER TO YOUR PROFILE
Please provide an option to add a header to your profile?? Website claims VIPs can do this, however, I have searched EVERYWHERE and cannot find where to change the banner. It's the only reason I paid for VIP.

A RSS feed that inclused total watched episodes and movies
Basically I'm trying to import the total number of episodes and movies watched into a Google Sheet, and I thought an RSS feed would be best way.Is that possible?
1 voteYour history page has an icon to get the RSS feed, but depending on how many items you’ve watch that would be a ton of data in a single RSS file. The RSS is more designed to grab the recently watched items.
You can add ?limit=X to increase the RSS to include more items which might work for you.
Otherwise, you can export a CSV or use the Trakt API to get your data as well.

Suggestions list based on what we have marked as watched
Not sure of the category so just chose as maybe a nice VIP option.
But would love to see a list of suggested shows and movies based on those that have been marked as watched dating through the history ofones account.
The list would be auto updated.
The only issue I foresee is a means of control.
So like we can watch a trailer for it, like most everything else. But if we add it to a TV or movie list. It is removed from the suggested list. Or if we don't add it to any pre-existing movie or TV…

Having the “next episode to watch” reflect the next episode from the last episode watched
Is there a way for the “next episode to watch” on the right to reflected the next episode from the last episode watched?

In the photo example, the next episode shown is 5x25 because I watched one of my favorite episodes ahead of all the other episodes. But when I get back on track, the “next episode to watch” stays the same until I finally build up past that original viewed 5x24 episode.
So if I was to make the mistake of rewatching a favorite episode from Season 7, The next episode to watch section would never reflect relevant…1 votehttps://trakt.tv/settings#progress

Hide Specials from iCal
Hi!
I've noticed the setting to hide Special episodes from the Calendar on the website doesn't affect my iCal feed, in which I still see them.
Would go a long way to declutter my calendar if I could possibly remove them :D Thanks !1 voteHmm, that setting seems to work for the feed when I just tested it. Include specials in CSV export
In the progressed watched CSV export it doesn't show how many specials you watched. Is it possible to add this?
1 voteYou’ll need to turn on “include specials” and they’ll be included in your progress and CSV. https://trakt.tv/settings#progress
However, I did find a small bug with this and will have a fix out later in the week to fully make this work.

better filtering of our movies and shows
Hello!
So im a vivid movies and tv watcher, and i also love to make lists. that combo is hard. a good way to improve our movies and tv shows is more filters or advanced filters in our profile - for example i seen over 500 Asian movies, i want to make a list and i would need to go trough all 4200 movies to do that. So if there were advanced filter like "country" it would be easier. this is just an example...filter actors, directors, genres ( already exists ) , countries, languages etc etc...thanks in advance! https://trakt.tv/users/pedro

I want to create iCal feeds for only the specific shows that I'm staying current with, instead of everything in my TV shows collection.
1 voteThe best way to do this is with custom calendars. Create a list with the specific shows you want to track, subscribe to it, and you’ll get an iCal link.

Error 504 on CSV Export
Hi,
I'm getting a 504 error when using the CSV Export from my history page.
I've tried both yesterday and today without success, see error messages below.
I have 24,705 items and 35,168 plays, so the amount of data might be causing the timeout I guess, depending on how extensive the database joins become :)
If it can't be easily fixed, is there any chance you can do a full export on your end and send it to the e-mail address linked to my account?
Also, please let me know if you want me to do any testing on the…

Improve the way the "reset progress" works
I like to re-binge-watch shows from time to time, and the "reset progress" function is great to keep track. However, it could be slightly improved.
I just finished rewatching a show, and was surprised to see that episode 1x01 is back on my "Up next to watch" dashboard section. Also my progress page lists the show as 96% completed, not 100%.
What probably happened is that I marked the first episode as watched, and a couple of minutes later, used the "reset progress" option. Yup, my fault, I should have first reset the progress, and then mark the first episode…

Year in Review - Month Summary - wrong date range
When I choose specific month for Year in Review, it moves me to history page with custom filter, for example:
https://trakt.tv/users/franiis/history/episodes?start_at=2018-06-30&end_at=2018-07-31T23:59:59But this date range specified in request is off by one day (it starts one day earlier, so if July is chosen, I also get episodes from last day of June).
I'm in Polish time zone (it may be relevant) and from some reason startat doesn't specify time (HH:MM;SS), but endat does.

Clear Profile Image.
VIP can select a profile image. After using a custom image, is it possible to clear this and have none selected again ie the red curtains?

Automatic Dark Knight Mode
On twitter (at least the mobile app) you can schedule the night mode on 'automatic' so that it turns on at sunset and off at sunrise.
Based on the Time Zone settings we chose I guess this could be possibleThanks

Sort Collection Alphabetically
Right now the only way to sort your collection is by when it was added to the collection. I'd like to see the ability to sort it by title alphabetically.

Reset shows - add episodes to watched history
When I Reset a show, and the next episode to watch appears in "Up next to watch", I am not able to add the episode to watched history. The only alternative that comes up when I try is "Remove from history". So far I've solved it by going to the page for each episode, but it would be easier to have the option to register it as watched directly from "Up next to watch", as I do with unwatched episodes.
5 votesThis update will be released next week. When you click the purple check mark, there will be a new icon to allow adding an additional play for episodes. (movies will also get the same icon)

CSV download to include runtime
I’d like the csv download of watch history to include the runtime of the thing you watched so you can do analysis on that and not just episode plays.
