Invest in better servers!
I am growing tired of the constant server issues, with episodes/films not displaying as watched or collected, to stupid page errors where it refuses to show anything. I understand the expenses side of it, but when your website is suffering due to constant downtime, it's time to reevaluate. As a Trakt VIP subscriber, I find the issues make me question where exactly my money is going.

Premiers list outdated (Fall TV shows)
Isn't it time you update it to spring?
/r/television/'s sidebar is more useful than your site. Though I guess you want people to subscribe so they can filter the calendar? Then you might as well remove the list.

Item from collection can't be removed.
There's a single item in my collection that can't be removed- it has no metadata other than the data added.

On the support website, general, it says I have to create a support ticket. Maybe a stupid question, but I don't find where I can create a support ticket. Maybe you can put a link to it there?

Remove dropped shows from "Upcoming schedule"
Basically what the title said. I tried pressing the ∅ button and it made the show disappear from "Up next to watch" but not from "Upcoming schedule". Is there a way to hide from both?
2 votesThey are separate hide lists – one from progress and one from calendar. The process is the same: click the Ø under the show (to hide from progress click the Ø on the progress page or up next to watch section and to hide from the calendar click the Ø on the calendar page.)

What's going on? Is Trakt down? The page isn't working and I'm kinda panicking ... hope it's gonna be temporary.

Deleted Episodes Won't Stay Deleted
Hi,
I recently deleted my watched progress on a show, only for a handful of episodes to show back up as watched. I delete them again and although it says they are deleted, they are still showing as watched.
Any help would be appreciated.

Watchlist dosen't show anywhere
Putting things on your watchlist does nothing. Nothing will show up in "up next" until you watch the first episode. This makes the watchlist useless for marking new shows you want to see later, as if you don't remember and manually mark the first episode as watched, you won't see it on TRACKT. There isn't even a way to just see the watchlist itself. Why does this feature exist if it does nothing?

Linked items in the Overview
The channel, the studios, the genres, the year, maybe even the country and the language (and other items), could link to a list page with all the contents, with the common filtering and sorting options already existing in the system. It would be very good to find content from the same channel or studio, even more useful than the lists made by users who try to make up for this deficiency sometimes.

How In the World Do You Leave a Comment?
My idea is to not make the simple act of leaving a comment a Rube Goldberg device in terms of ease of use. I've been scrolling up and down various series and movies and while I can see the comments others have made I can't find a way to actually leave a comment.
How has this site made it this far or am I just blind AF????

Last Refreshed Date
If possible please add the date on which a Show or Movie has been last refreshed to their pages.
By refresh I am talking about the Manual Refresh someone triggers not the automatic one which the site does.18 votesUpdated date will be added in this week’s website update. The manual and automated procedure are really the same thing, so it’s just one date we track when it was last refreshed.

FAQ
Hi folks, I’m lost! I spend hours trying to find answers, with no luck. It is hard to navigate through your search and suggestion section. Example, What section would I find a possible answer? What section do I post my question? A lot of the suggested questions and answers are repetitive and have nothing to do with the question.
I would like to suggest having a general FAQ section with a search for questions that do not fit a certain topic in your search suggestions & knowledge base.

Trakt.tv programs that are incorrect compared to TVDB
There are programs in trakt.tv that episode lists don't match up with TVDB episode lists of the same programs

Also, it would be great if you can post these as individual requests so we can effectively marked them as completed. Thanks!

Will you change how to add stuff when TheTVDB goes paysite?
Will you still be forced to add a TheTVDB ID when adding a new show now when they are becoming a pay site?
Hate the way they suddenly decided to cash in on other peoples work like that and doubt they'll be able to keep it up all by themself. Say good bye to anything not mainstream and not broadcasted in the US.1 vote -
Shout/reviews vs show/season completion percent
At the moment when someone leaves a shout/review we can see the rating they gave the show.
It could be relevant to display the percent of episodes they watched next to the rating. It will allow us to know on what the user relies on to give such a rating or review.
Example :
User A : "Awesome show !" (Rating 9, 60 % watched)
User B : "Good acting. Loved it. (Rating 7, 75% Watched)
User C : "Average TV show. First seasons were fine but the last one ruined it all" (Rating 5, 100% wached)This feature could…

I'm having trouble with adding episodes to a list or rating one.
Pretty often when i try to give a rating to episodes it comes up with two messages in the top of my screen. One saying i rated it and one that i unrated it. That's one issue.
The other issue is that whenever i try to put something in a list it says DOH! We run into an error and then it adds something two times into the list. That's also annoying....Hoping this can be fixed as well as the servers. Sorry, not sorry. :)

Error 504: Gateway time-out
What's going on with the Trakt website?
I mean, it's been working on and off for the past few weeks at least but now it doesn't even open the page. I always get Error 504 gateway time-out or Error 502 bad gateway: it clearly says that the problem is neither in my browser nor in the Cloudflare, it's about the Host. I rely a lot on this website and don't really like using the app so I hope it's gonna be fixed soon!1 votePlease check twitter, we post updates there.
