Random air time
Hey Trakt team, I hate to bring this back up, but is there anything that could still be causing random air time info? Across multiple apps that sync with Trakt, the air time is off by several (random) hours. When a sync happens they sometimes correct themselves, and from what we are told by Uwe (SeriesGuide) and other developers, the sync is occuring properly, the air time is just incorrect. Any way we can look into this further?
1 voteI changed how air time is stored in our database, which should prevent this issue moving forward. If a show is still messed up, it should fix to match TVDB the next time it is refreshed. And it should stay that way with the correct value.

TMDB Does Not Update
When adding episodes to TMDB using their website, it takes days see show/ epiosodes updated on Trakt website. Can Trakt do nightly TMDB refreshes for database.
1 voteWhenever an item is updated in TMDB it’s supposed to send a call to Trakt to let it know, and then Trakt refreshes the data. So a show or movie should be updated within 24 hours (to account for the machines talking to each other). Occasionally, a show gets stuck or Trakt doesn’t get the message there was an update. In these situations, please create a support ticket so we can investigate and fix.
One of the main reasons things don’t update is because there isn’t an English translation.

Improve Reelgood Sync
Currently, when I watch a show via Reelgood and the app, I go back and mark it Watched in Reelgood. But for some reason, the Watched status never makes it back to Trakt.
How often does it sync?
My opinion is that it should Scrobble things like Watched status.
1 voteI suggest you contact the developers of Reelgood. The capability is available to them. Maybe you have a setting incorrect?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the resources to support third party applications or add-ons.

InuYasha Season 2
InuYasha Season 2 has the "Final Act" additional title, but it's not part of the Final Act season (7). It also has incorrect episode images for the first 26 episodes, using the ones from Final Act instead of the ones from Season 2. Only episode 27 is correct.

The android app I am using says that my account has been locked, and I need to contact support.

Custom ICal for individual show through API
I understand its possible to get custom ical for lists,
but i want to retrieve this ical through api. I know i can retrieve ALL shows and my shows. but how do i retrieve custom ical through api for a specific show only?

Incorrect X-Sort-By headers returned for lists.
It appears that recently the X-Sort-By headers are returning incorrect values for some lists. For instance, this list: https://trakt.tv/users/giladg/lists/latest-releases is now returning a sort method of "rank" via the API when it's default sort method should be "added". It is sorted correctly on the website, it is just the API header that is incorrect.

More collection metadata options
I sent this in an email, but I realize that Feedback might be a better place for it. Right now, there's tons of great metadata options for collections, but I think a few more options could be useful.
For media types, there are times where you can buy VOD movies on your TV/DVR/Cable box, so the source is your television. None of the existing media types really match this. Maybe something like PVR or Television could be added?
For audio, I was surprised by how robust the codec options already were. It would be nice if they could be expanded…

Bug - Collected episodes added by API tool sometimes do not appear as collected
Not sure if this is the right place to add this. I have experienced this bug a few times, where a plugin connecting to Trakt through the API (specifically Kodi Trakt plugin) will scan media items and add new episodes to Trakt collection.
The individual episodes will show up properly in the collected list if you go to user page>collection->epsiodes>sort by recently collected.
However, if you go to the media's page or view the show/season in the collection list, it will show the episodes as uncollected.
For example, my collection for all episodes shows the Cosmos Season 2 episodes as…
1 voteYou can force your browser to re-cache data by going to trakt.tv/settings/data and like you said it should normally sort itself out. That show has some weirdness at TVDB (used to be listed separately as a show) so I wonder if that is messing something up.

rating menu not opening after watching a movie in kodi
after watching a movie the entire movie let alone the rate after a percentage of the movie has played, the trakt rating menu is no longer opening in kodi on any of my ftv sticks.

I've watched 24 short movies today and it does not feel right showing that I saw 24 movies. Most of them were not even 20 minutes!

Data inconsistencies between Trakt/TMDB/IMDB for tv shows
Hi! I'm working on an app that uses data from those several datasources and realized that there are sometimes inconsistencies in the Trakt data when they don't have the same seasons architecture.
A couple examples:
- Dragon ball : on trakt, divided in 6 seasons, on TMDB only 1 => doesn't really affect API but the TMDB links on the "season" page are all broken
- Naruto : on trakt, divided in 5 seasons, 4 on TMDB, 1 on IMDB => same pb as above + Trakt API actually sends tmdbids that dont match and null imdbids for…1 voteBy default, TV shows use TVDB as the primary datasource. Lately, shows seem to move around and get changed a lot at TVDB which results in extra episodes on Trakt until we can manually remove them via a support idea.
We do have the ability to change a TV show to use TMDB as the primary datasource if that is needed.

Fox kids and 4kids no longer exist anymore you need to double check where you are getting your information from about where shows like power rangers are available at the only network that I know of that currently has power rangers episodes is on Nickelodeon only the networks that you originally had shown are way in the past .....so in the near future it would be advisable that you make absolutely sure that such networks like fox kids or 4kids is still airing those episodes of power rangers the only reason I bring this up is because for one thing…

main menu my collection
Can the menu for my collection be changed so I/We can view each show and not each Episode of each TV show !?! sure would make it easier to Navigate like the menu's on the Kodi apk's or Terrarium. Would be nice to be able to make a Donation from time to time as I am unable to afford a VIP Membership but still want to show my appreciation for all the work you do to make Trakt the Great Service it is. A new filter: selecting (or hiding) films and shows that are available on favorite services.
A possibility of selecting (or hiding it) all movies and series that are available on my favorites services (Netflix, Prime..) as in a filter in lists or watchlists, it would be cool, and pretty usefull.
