schema.org
I think you shoud consider implementing schema.org data inside your pages, in order to show more relevant information in Google searches and eventually be integrated in the Knowledge Graph.
Not mentioning it could simplify the work for a Google+ App Activities integration, which is planned as I can see from another feedback =)
It's really simple to implement it, you just have to bind existing data to the correct types.
Here are the specifications: http://schema.org/
You can test your results with the Google Structured Data Tool: http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets
For example, look at what is extracted from TV show episode on IMDb:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Ftrakt.tv%2Fshow%2Fsherlock%2Fseason%2F2%2Fepisode%2F1
And this is what comes from the same item in trakt:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Ftrakt.tv%2Fshow%2Fsherlock%2Fseason%2F2%2Fepisode%2F1

Movie, show, and episode summary pages have schema.org markup.
