Publich collected movies, shows, and episodes to facebook, twitter, etc
When i download a show\tv series\movie and rename them manually (or automatically using renaming software) and add them into my collection, I would like to have the option to enable notifications to twitter (especially) and maybe even facebook.
This would come in handy especially when im using software that automatically downloads, renames and adds the files to xbmc and sends a notification to Trakt. Trakt then sends a notification to twitter & facebook. Hope that makes sense.

hi Justin, thank you for replying. I would appreciate it if you can look into the feature.
The notifications can be only for a few files a day, like i might add maybe 5 episodes a day to my collection.
Also, I do not use iphones or macs, so I wouldnt be able to use boxcar or prowl etc. Twitter notifications would work really well as I can use so many free apps out there for twitter on Android Google Play Store etc. -

Technically speaking, this is not a problem. The main thing to consider is adding items to your collection is typically done in bulk or when you sync from a media center. Sending that many notifications would be a lot of noise that we'd want to avoid. For now, I'd recommend looking into the mobile push apps like boxcar, prowl, etc since you should already be able to push events to those.
