Notifications for changes in lists
It would be great if we could have notifications when a change is made to "liked" list.
Therefore if i follow/like someone elses list and he makes a change or addition i would be notified, can see the change and for example want to watch as well.

But if there were so many changes made, as a follower, I might get confused. Will those changes glow or be marked somehow? Not necessary, of course, I'm just wondering because I personally have a similiar problem when I'm on MAL (oh MAL.. <3) but have to work my way through a 100+ list.

Cau you add the feature to see the list flat?
