Flag inaccurate or non-existent content for removal/correction
There have been numerous movies I've found that may be in the process of being made, but somehow they get a bad release date, and then they show up in my feed.
For example, "I, Robot 2" is listed as coming out on June 15, but obviously it's not. https://trakt.tv/movies/i-robot-2
It'd be nice if there was a "report inaccurate information" link. I've already tried the "Refresh Data" link a week or two ago, and nothing happened.

What if when you flagged content as inaccurate it would ask you to say what was incorrect. That way it is easier to find the problem with a highly flagged item.

I'm still thinking about this and what the best approach is. I do like handling planned/rumored movies differently somehow, possible just ignore any release dates for movies in that status?
I guess one concern is if a valid and released movie might still have one of those statuses on TMDB. Looking in Trakt's database, I see quite a few movies in that state. They are clearly released, but have a status of rumored or planned still. Some might be stale data on Trakt, but others I'm sure are in this incorrect state still.

I agree. I really dislike how people add movies waaaaaaaay too prematurely to TMDb :(
Right now there's something like;
"Rumored movies are accepted, but it's better to wait until a movie officially goes into production or until an official release date is set before adding them.
Cancelled movies and rumoured movies without any new news within 2 years will be deleted."(from upcoming always-under-construction contribution bible)
So if you come across such entries on Trakt, please report them over at TMDb :D

The 'data refresh' wouldn't work since the TMDB entry that Trakt rely on to pull the data doesn't have an updated date. You would need to go and update the TMDB entry with the actual release date if it's available and Trakt should be able to update it's entry. But that seems to be impossible in this case.
As a solution to the mods/devs, maybe hold off on allowing importing movies on TMDB which have the Planned/Rumored status. Especially 'Rumored' ones. I have no idea why TMDB would even allow Rumored status.

By "bad release date", I meant an inaccurate or false release date.
