You can both import the original title and the English title.

Seems like Travis posted later too regarding the situation, didn't notice that one. You are right.
Still confusing to me, all those differenly language fields.

This is incorrect and Travis from TMDb has clarified this. The original language is the main/primary language used in the movie. Since "spoken language" can have multiple values, the "Original Language" field was added to specify the primary. It has nothing to do with the country the movie or show was produced in. If a movie or show is produced in France but only English is spoken (for example several new TV shows recently made by Canal+), of course the original language should be English.

Actually there's a difference between spoken language and original language.
Spoken language is - obviously - the language(s) spoken in the movie/series. (for series: main language(s), not considering the episodes where some guest stars speak some foreign language. On Fear the Walking Dead it's spanish and english for example.)

Original language is more like the language spoken in the country where (most of) the producers come from.

At least, that difference was distinguished when I asked about it some time not too long ago on TMDb :)
