When contacting support, please include your Trakt username and the app or plugin you are using. We only handle support for the Trakt website and API. If you're using a 3rd party app, please contact them directly with any questions or issues.

Please create a support ticket by clicking Contact Support in the right sidebar for any issues with movies or tv shows (data duplications, updates/refreshes, data removals, etc), include links and as many details as possible.


The more info you can provide, the faster we'll be able to help you out.

We have a lot of support tickets and are working to update the site and issues as fast as we can. If you don’t get a reply right away, it’s not because we’re ignoring you, but because we are working on updates and fixes.

  1. User-friendly way (VIP or otherwise) to import CSV of titles into a list (seen or watchlist or custom list)

    To be honest I just spent a while converting my hand-compiled "to view" list into CSV assuming that I would then be able to bulk add (since you can export) but was disappointed to find I can't!

  2. Allow a filter by list

    It would be nice to have the option of using a list as a filter.
    Example: Seeing my history of movies and excluding a specific list I have, with all my stand-up.

  3. Allow language selection for notification lists under "global".

    Example: I only want English new shows (GLOBAL EMAIL DIGESTS - NEW SHOWS)

  4. Make spoiler setting affect feeds

    It doesn't affect iCal at least.
