Please create a support ticket by clicking Contact Support in the right sidebar for any issues with movies or tv shows (data duplications, updates/refreshes, data removals, etc), include links and as many details as possible.

  1. Site redirecting to sign in page

    I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but sometimes (increasingly often) when I press add to history the URL changes to /signin and it forces me to the dashboard, I have to make several attempts to refresh and do it again before it works. It also happens when I try to add to a list.

  5. Allow us to put in multiple formats into our collection

    I own some of my movies on DVD as well as Blu-ray, but the website only supports one at a time, which is rather annoying. Is this being added?

  6. Unrate all Unseen

    Hi is there a fast way remove all the ratings I have given to items I have Unwatched (deleted from my watch history), items I rated by mistake or items I did watch but forgot to actually mark off as watched in Trakt.

    Like in the “History” page you can hide all rated items, so anything that is not rated is nicely listed.
    Can a “Hide Watched” be added to the “Ratings” page (Currently you can only fade watched items, and I am not scrolling through 232 pages)

  7. Use season poster when viewing episodes in a List

    When a list is full of episodes from the same series it becomes hard to figure out at a glance which season they belong to, can we have an option to use the season poster in lists too (like in the "up next" section)?

  8. Incorrect Episode Major Crimes Season 1

    The show Major Crimes has an extra episode here. Season 1 only have 10 episodes but Trakt lists 11. Is there a way to remove the phantom episode?

  9. Search option in pages like " ratings & history "

    When you enter someone's profile to see his rating of specific " Movie or Show " , you have to scroll the whole ratings page . so it would be so easy if there's an option like ' search bar ' on top of the ratings page to find things fast

  10. [SPOILERS] Hidden episode counts

    Regarding what was suggested here : https://support.trakt.tv/forums/188762-general/suggestions/38205355-hide-cast-member-episode-count-as-spoilers (I think ticket should be closed since it's already released)

    I do think being able to hide episode counts is a great idea.
    Although when a show/season is fully watched ; shouldnt the behavior be the same as for episode screenshots or overviews ? Been displayed again?

    I've finished many shows already and I would like to be able to see how many episodes my fav characters played. But can't since I decided to enable this spoilers feature that is "hide episode counts"

    Is it maybe easier to blur them and not hidding…

  11. Improve search algorithm by including letter variants in results

    If you search for:

    "Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu"

    ...you get no results. In order to get the correct result, you must include the letters á (with acute) like so:

    "Alejándro Gonzalez Iñárritu"

    This quality-of-life improvement was suggested back in 2017, and has been marked as 'planned' for three years.

    I hope this issue will finally get some attention.

  12. Recommendations on profile page: reflect user-defined default sorting option

    On my profile it shows my recommendations sorted by rank, but when you click through to see the list it's sorted by release date (descending), the Default Sortiong option I choset. I'm requesting the list snippet's sort on the profile page match that of the actual list.

  15. Add a google search for a easy and quick way to research the movie/tv series.

    It would be nice if we could go direct to a google search page with the movie/tv series already typed in. In my mind it would be in the same place as the other external links, like the official site, IMDB page and the wikipedia page.

  16. Incorrect Runtimes

    Thomas the Tank Engine runtimes for some episodes are incorrect. Thet are correct on TVDB.

    TVDB doesn’t provide episode runtimes in their API yet. Once they do, we’ll update Trakt to automatically update them.

  17. Add new data source for missing Asian shows / movies

    Many Asian TV and movies cannot be found on neither Trakt, TMDB nor TVDB. Is there a possibility to get new data source, say from sites like mydramalist, which has larger and more complete database of Asian TV and movies?

  18. Make Cloudflare work with Tor

    Currently Trakt works pretty weirdly on Tor, I can use the site but every time I go to another page I get a captcha, if I refresh it goes away.

  19. Have options on Copy Lists & Move Love

    Have the option to Move list, check the TV Series or Movies that you want to move instead of Copy for people that want to organize what List they have.

  20. Lock profile background images

    Right now, a user's set profile background image can change if the underlying series image changes - For example my background has changed from https://artworks.thetvdb.com/banners/fanart/original/315500-3.jpg to https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/nkFk2que1LEqsm324uKl5jhg6m7.jpg, which doesn't clip nicely with the Trakt profile at all.

    I suggest that user profile images are "locked" so that even if the underlying image changes, the user's background remains the same.
