When contacting support, please include your Trakt username and the app or plugin you are using. We only handle support for the Trakt website and API. If you're using a 3rd party app, please contact them directly with any questions or issues.
Please create a support ticket by clicking Contact Support in the right sidebar for any issues with movies or tv shows (data duplications, updates/refreshes, data removals, etc), include links and as many details as possible.
The more info you can provide, the faster we'll be able to help you out.
We have a lot of support tickets and are working to update the site and issues as fast as we can. If you don’t get a reply right away, it’s not because we’re ignoring you, but because we are working on updates and fixes.

Caavo Integration
Caavo is an amazing device to be able to control and watch media from multiple sources. I was an early adopter of the Caavo "Classic" which I traded up for the much faster and smaller Caavo Control Center. I enjoy using it every day, but wish that it would do a better job at tracking shows and consolidating "what to watch next." If Caavo and Trakt worked together it would be a home run.

Audio Recognition
I believe that it was some type of Yahoo app a couple years ago but it used to be able to listen to the audio of a television show or movie and identify it based on the sample. Would be neat for easier scobbing. Not sure if it can be done directly on the website or would have to be some type of app.
