Import / Sync from Rottentomatoes
I'd really like a sync or import option with rottentomatoes, even as a VIP only feature.

import user data
I see there is an option to export data. Is it possible now or in the future where a user can export their respective data and later upload that data? Possible use is a backup of data prior to doing some testing, then to restore after ... pull the data to make changes then upload to send the changes to trakt.tv, etc.

Widget Displaying Last-N-Watched Shows
I like the "watched" web widgets available at https://trakt.tv/widgets/watched, but the limitation that they only display the user's one most recently watched show seems odd.
Could we have a version of the widget that displayed the user's last N shows (within a reasonable limit of N, of course)? Could be something simple, like a small stack of the 500x40 "text" widgets, or like the bar of six show logos within the "profile card" widget" with some sort of "recently watched" heading.

Sync data from letterboxd
I use letterboxd for movies, and trakt for television. But my profile here would be more complete if it added my movies as well. Doing it manually each time, doesn't really make much sense, but if there could be a way for those two to sync automatically that would be great. Perphaps by using IFTTT and the profile RSS feed from Letterboxd.

Easier CSV export/backup of multiple sections
Make it easier to do CSV export of multiple setctions at the same time. E.g. add a tab in the profile where you can mark which stuff you want to backup then a backup button which will give you a ZIP file with the selected section's CSV files. Maybe even make to possible to backup automatically to Google Drive.

Import Blu-ray collection from Blu-ray.com
It would be great to allow the ability import our Blu-ray collections from Blu-ray.com. on Blu-ray.com each user has a profile collection page. This would save us adding every movie separately to our Trakt movie collection.

...to find the perfect cover is very heavy.
Please make an option on lists or elsewhere to change the view from poster/cover to fanart ;)

Add runtimes to user history RSS feed
Adding runtimes to each entry in the user history RSS feed would make the feed far more useful in IFTTT.
I'm looking at sending entries to a specific Google Calendar (rather than loading the iCal feed into a separate calendar). I believe this format will work for Google Calendar quick entry in IFTTT: "1 hour 30 minutes".

A way to import history from sites like Netflix and Hulu (and for PC users).

Import checked list from icheckmovies
As a new user who has found in love with this website (you guys rock!) one thing I would love to do would be to merge my checked movies into trakt.
I cant possibly force myself to go after over 1500 movies, so an import option would be ginormous good news for a user like me. Icheckmovies and maybe other sites provide export lists, so in theory it isnt to tricky.

Create lists from a CSV file import
Before trakt, I used to have a list with all the titles I've watched and liked. It's painful to manually sync that list (thousands of entries) with trakt.tv
It would be very useful to have an ability to sync them automatically.

Notifications for changes in lists
It would be great if we could have notifications when a change is made to "liked" list.
Therefore if i follow/like someone elses list and he makes a change or addition i would be notified, can see the change and for example want to watch as well.8 votes -
Family accounts
I use XBMC, and make use of profiles for; myself, the wife, and the children.
I would like the ability in trakt to create a family account, so we can all still have separate libraries and use different accounts to scrobble. However via the family account they are linked, so there is an overview of what we have all watched etc recently.
Also, possibly the ability when viewing a family members activity to say "I watched this with them too" and have it show up in your feed as well. Or a popup in XBMC much like the rating dialog,…

Alert me to special local screenings of movies on my Watchlist (besides new releases)
It'd be great to be notified on the Dashboard when there's a special showing happening near me of movies that aren't new releases. There are lots of small, independent theaters that do special screenings, re-releases, or film festivals, or whatever.
For example, I had Vertigo on my Watchlist, and there was a showing at my local theater, and it would've been great if that appeared on my Dashboard.
I know getting to that data is difficult, and a lot of it is probably impossible to get in a usable, automatable format, but there are a lot of showtime sites that…

Calendar alerts when movies or TV shows in wishlist are on TV
I've been looking everywhere for a solution, without any luck. I currently have Plex and their DVR service and it does a great job of telling me when new or old episodes of TV shows that I have collected are coming up on OTA TV. So say, I have the X Files in my collection, Plex will then let me know when upcoming episodes are coming up on TV and let me setup scheduled recordings to fill in all of the blanks.
My issue is, what if I don't have any episodes of a particular series in my collection already?…

Change ratings text
The text associated with 1-10 star ratings currently isn't very helpful.
For example, I feel like Star Wars: The Force Awakens is described best of the options with "weak sauce", but I don't think it was as bad as a 1.

Customizable notifications (per episode via Pushbullet)
Send notifications about new episodes to Pushbullet.
Now we only have email notifications -witch are great- but it would be nice to be able to receive a Pushbullet notification, a few houres before the season premiere.
And I would like to be able to totally customise it, like for example selecting a list, and then saying that I want to receive a message for every episode on that list that is airing, and then selecting that I receive an notification on the air date, 4 houres in advance (so I don't forget to watch it that night).
