When contacting support, please include your Trakt username and the app or plugin you are using. We only handle support for the Trakt website and API. If you're using a 3rd party app, please contact them directly with any questions or issues.

Please create a support ticket by clicking Contact Support in the right sidebar for any issues with movies or tv shows (data duplications, updates/refreshes, data removals, etc), include links and as many details as possible.


The more info you can provide, the faster we'll be able to help you out.

We have a lot of support tickets and are working to update the site and issues as fast as we can. If you don’t get a reply right away, it’s not because we’re ignoring you, but because we are working on updates and fixes.

  1. Filter on both streaming service and collection

    Make it possible to also filter on collection like you can filter on streaming service. That way you can see have a view of ex. Popular movies you are able to watch.

  2. Private profile : display profile image (background)

    Today we can make our profile private.
    So at the moment people could still see ;
    - profile picture
    - followers

    I don't mind the Book of Eli background on private profiles but wouldn't it be nice to be able to display the current background chosen for that profile even in private mode ?

    If you would like to keep previous behaviour, you could add a default setting for it.

    I mean I tested it locally in my browser and it looks nicer that the Book of Eli background which is quite dark..

  3. Calendar alerts when movies or TV shows in wishlist are on TV

    I've been looking everywhere for a solution, without any luck. I currently have Plex and their DVR service and it does a great job of telling me when new or old episodes of TV shows that I have collected are coming up on OTA TV. So say, I have the X Files in my collection, Plex will then let me know when upcoming episodes are coming up on TV and let me setup scheduled recordings to fill in all of the blanks.

    My issue is, what if I don't have any episodes of a particular series in my collection already?…

  4. Australian Free-to-Air EPG metadata

    I own the only operator in Australia who owns its own FTA metadata. We won landmark High Court case supporting our methods. You need to use our metadata to integrate into your service and our TV apps would fit nicely.

  5. Year in review: Most watched people (actors, actresses, directors)

    Looking at the year in review and all time stats sections for the VIP users I saw that for the most watched people (actors, actresses and directors), it only show the first 100, since I watched too many movies and shows Would be nice if you add the option to check more than 100, like next 200, 500, etc
