When contacting support and opening a ticket, please include your Trakt username and the app or plugin you are using. The more info you can provide, the faster we'll be able to help you out.
We only handle support for the Trakt website and API. If you're using a 3rd party app, please contact them directly with any questions or issues.
We are trying to end using the forums to report support issues as things can get lost and it's harder to transfer between agents. All posts with TV and movie data requests are being converted to tickets immediately and will not be seen on the forums.
If you're having trouble with "Contact Support", please make sure your pop-up blocker is off or allows pop-ups on trakt.tv.
